After understanding the course material, explain why teachers need to be examples and role models for students and how this affects students' behavior and character? 2 points

Students spend more time with the family as well as the teacher. When a teacher teaches his students, the students are very dependent on the teacher and believe in the teacher so much that they try to imitate them. A teacher acts as a major element in shaping the life of a student. .Students depend and trust more on a teacher then parents. Students acquire knowledge of their subjects from the teacher as well as moral behavior from the teacher and conduct and follow some external behavior of studies.

Therefore, if the teacher is of good quality and moral behavior, then his students can also develop as good people. Where is "heaven with the righteous and destruction with the wicked".

A dishonest teacher can never impart good education to his students. Because by imitating him, students learn bad things and shape their lives accordingly. Not only good character is right, a teacher must have good knowledge of the subject he is responsible for teaching. Otherwise he will not be able to impart good knowledge of the text book to the student along with moral behavior.

Every teacher has a different character and personality, many of which are negative behaviors that you become aware of in yourself while teaching. 3 points

Each teacher has some distinct character and personality. Because every teacher lives through a different situation. There are many negative behaviors that I will share with you today.

Negative behavior of some teachers in education:

  • Angry: I have seen many teachers who get angry a little and those angers affect normal students. By doing this, the teacher cannot teach the students well. This means that the patience of these teachers is very low. And to develop a good student, the teacher must be patient.

  • Uncertain in imparting knowledge of textbooks : From my experience I have seen many teachers who have acquired very good knowledge in textbooks but are not able to convey it well to the students. As a result the students are not able to fully absorb the knowledge of the textbooks from the teacher.

  • Acquiring external knowledge: In a classroom, the duration of the textbook is about forty five minutes or an hour. During this time, the teacher has to impart the knowledge of the textbook as well as the external to the student. But there are many teachers who are in a hurry to impart knowledge only about text book books but don't teach its bad knowledge to the students.

Negative behavior of teachers with students outside of studies:

  • Creating discrimination: There are many teachers who create discrimination among students inside the class. Those who are from good families and have money treat students well and behave normally with others. This creates discrimination among students in the classroom.

  • Dealing with students: Many times many teachers forget how to deal with students. There are many uncharacteristic teachers due to which many students are afraid to study in the classroom.

  • Abstention from responsibility: Currently there are many teachers who are not interested in taking responsibility. That is, they only teach students in exchange of money. Teachers do not take responsibility for how much knowledge students have acquired or whether they can apply it to their life events.

Other negative behaviors:

Today there are many teachers who are not honest, polite, fair judges. I have seen from my experience that many students have stepped on the wrong path for justice mainly because of a teacher with negative behavior.

Share with us examples of positive attitudes or exemplary behaviors that you have implemented in your daily life with students? Is there any educational value in this behavior? 4 points

Some examples of positive attitudes or behaviors to model are shared below:

Positive behavior inside teachingPositive behavior outside teaching
Students should be evaluated equally in the classroom i.e. there should be no discrimination while grading studentsSolving all problems of students by being patient and teaching moral behavior
A teacher must take responsibility to teach the students about the textbook in the classroomTo impart knowledge that students will be sympathetic and cooperative towards each other
Be courteous to students upon entering the classroomTo establish justice in any decision or trouble of the students.
Teaching unity to students through order in the classroomA teacher genuinely cares about students.
A teacher must be empathetic towards teachers in the classroomAn independent beloved teacher always gives students the opportunity to express themselves freely

The educational values involved in this behavior are given below:

A teacher makes the student honestly self-reliant through his or her behavior. Because the teacher is as diligent as he is polite. The above positive behaviors teach them educational values. Because a student expects a lot from the teacher. An ideal teacher is the architect of a good student's life.

What benefits do you feel from the exemplary behavior you have shown so far, has it had a positive impact on the behavior and character of your students? 1 point

A good exemplary teacher wins the trust of students through good behavior. Students then learn to imitate their teacher. Besides, while learning textbook games, students get attention from the teacher and try to follow the path shown by the teacher. By doing this, a good relation bond is formed with the teacher and the student. When a good relationship is formed between a teacher and a student, the teacher can impart knowledge to the student on any difficult subject very easily. Seeing the teacher, the students become honest, cruel, humble and hardworking self-reliant. Such Many students become teacher role models. An ideal teacher's efforts are worthwhile only when a student can improve in life by imitating the teacher.

¡Saludos amiga!🤗

Los docentes tienen la facultad de influir en nosotros de manera directa. Por ello, soy partidaria de creer que estos deben ser muy cuidadosos en lo que hacen, ya que se requiere es que esa influencia sea positiva y no negativa.

Agradezco mucho tu apoyo... Un fuerte abrazo💚
