Reasons due to which teachers needs to be example and role models

• If I say that behavior and actions of a teacher are significantly effective at their students behavior then it wouldn't be wrong to say because most of students copies actions of their teachers.
• If I say that teachers is that person from society which is important for playing an important role to character and shape character of students through modeling of values, morals as well as ethics then it's an important step.
• Teachers needs to be an example and a role model because teachers are those who by demonstrating positive behavior are more likely for getting respect and dignity from students through which ore positive environment for learning is created.

• If I talk about students then they also learn social skills from their teachers in which most common skills are good communication, empathy as well as resolution of conflicts by observing them(teachers).
• If I talk about positive behaviour of teachers then it causes students for getting encouraged for taking their acts responsibilities.
• If teachers will remain consistent in their positive behaviour then students will be able to develop sense of stability and predictability in them.
• Teachers may also model some essential skills of life in their students which are good management of time, organization as well as self discipline.

Negative behaviors which I observed in me

As such being a teacher I always avoid favouritism providing to students,always try to be good in teaching method which my students also like but besides these things some other negativities are still existing in me but I am working on that too;

• Yelling is a negativity I have in me and it's about to raise my voice for maintaining discipline and for correcting my students so that I may creating a hostile environment for learning so I am trying to reducing my this habit a bit.
• If I say about procrastination then it's again my negativity that sometimes due to personal problems I delay future plans of my lesson,grades as well as feedback which I have also observed that sometimes effects my student progress and encouragement in negative way so I think it's more bad thing in me than yelling.
• Another negativity is lack of accountability in me where sometimes I ignore some students mistakes and if I feel myself in anger then in that condition I make students accountable at minor mistakes so here due to my personal mood swings some students may get victim of this so here I need to control myself.
• I am very flexible with my teaching method that I have adopted since start of my professional teaching career but being unwilling for adapting a new teaching method is my negativity I think as I am a very senior physics teacher in my college.

Being a physics teacher I can share some of positive behaviours attitudes as well as examplary behaviours which I have implemented too so these are below;

• I have implemented creation of safest and supportive environment in which students feel very easy with me while asking questions and to explore deep physics related concepts.
• I implemented being a teacher to practically give my students undivided attention as well as them seeking for having feedback from my students which was a way of fostering growth and understanding.

• I implemented more one thing in my classes that I can share as an example and that was connecting theory of my subject physics with practical or real world examples which makes my subject much engaging as well as accessible so it developed and increased level of interest in students about physics subject.
• I implemented continuous feedback mechanism in my classes through which I was really able for continuously monitoring students progress and I also adjusted my teaching strategies a bit for meeting requirements of some students.

Educational values

• It was helpful in creation of welcoming an inclusive environment for students from diversity of abilities and backgrounds.
• It gives a lot of dignity, value to thoughts, opinions of students.
• It encouraged students for analysing, evaluating as well as synthesizing information.
• It fosters a lot of creative thinking, problem solving as well as experimenting when I linked physics with real world examples.
• It encouraged students for facing a lot of challenges Nd for viewing failures as opportunities for growing and developing in life.

Benefits I feel myself being a teacher

• I feel more satisfaction in my job being a teacher which demonstrated examplary behaviour and it was leading to providing a sense of purpose and fulfillment in me.
• I feel improvements in my relationships with students by modifying my strategies of teaching for meeting my students needs.
• I feel improvements in my personal and professional growth.

Positive effects at my students

• Students learned by observing my behaviour as a teacher by which they also developed essential skills and values of life.
• Through my behaviour,my strategies my students get more encouraged in learning, participation and in engaging in different academic activities.

• Students were also adopting positive behaviours like empathic behaviours, sympathy and respect for me as a teacher.
• By a positive environment of learning it may leads to more enhanced achievements and outcomes.
