SLC | S22W4 [Winners Announcement]: Developing teachers' knowledge and skills
Hello steemians, Steemit Learning Challenge (SLC) Season 22 Week 4 has come to an end, it is now time for our team to give some brief reports and announce the winners of this week's contest.

This week we raised the theme of developing teacher knowledge and skills, a simple theme that we deliberately present so that teachers, parents, and Steemit users can know the meaning, purpose, and benefits of seminars and trainings. Both are closely related to improving the knowledge and skills of a teacher, lecturer, and the general public, in improving the quality of the profession and the knowledge of individuals in their daily work. So it is expected that there will be awareness, about the importance of participating in seminars and trainings in their country, with the topic and purpose of the workshop or training itself.
From all the participation posts we receive, it is clear that almost all users are familiar with the themes we present. Participants can easily present the subject matter, and share information with us about all things with the theme we raise. In fact, in general, the participants have been able to design seminars and trainings that they consider important to follow, with various reasons why the seminars or trainings they design are important.

During this week's course we had a total of 10 participants, and we were quite satisfied with their posts. Our team continues to make every effort to provide a relevant assessment of the quality of posts made by participants, in the assessment comments Our team explains which parts are missing and which parts need to be improved so that all participants can continue to learn to improve the quality of their posts.
To select this week's winners, our team selected the 7 best posts that received the highest score to be included in the winner nomination list, then our team read, studied, examined and further assessed each post. This aims to make the selection of winning posts truly accountable, the team's decision is final and cannot be contested.
