Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @memamun all time my favourite topic ""Student Building Strategies (PART 1) || Student's and teacher's bonding"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
As a teacher, what do you think your understanding with the student should be? |

A teacher should behave with students in such a way that students do not have to be afraid to ask their doubts about any subject. The teacher should understand that sometimes students do not understand a topic easily and have many doubts. Since any teacher has been a student at some point of time, he should sometimes think from the level of the students.
A relationship should be made with the children in such a way that they can explain their questions well to their teacher, because the better the behavior and relationship between the student and the teacher, the more the teacher will enjoy teaching and the students will also enjoy studying and the atmosphere of the class will also be healthy.
As a teacher, do you differentiate between good and bad students, or do you give equal importance to both? |

First of all, we will understand what is the meaning of good and bad student. There are two types of students in the class.
Some children are very good at studying and some children are not good at studying.
On the other hand, some children may not be good in studies, but they are disciplined and respect their elders, while some children do not study and are naughty. Some children study but are naughty, arrogant and do not respect elders.
All children are equal for a teacher, but those children who are good in every way, who bring glory to their parents and teachers, automatically deserve everyone's respect. Teachers teach everyone equally in the class. They explain any subject to everyone at the same time. But which child understands it and which child wastes his time depends on that child. The teacher should not discriminate between children.
How is your relationship with your students, has it ever happened that you failed to convince your students, if so? |

I teach my children at home, it is not necessary that I have a strong hold on every subject, but I try my best to clear the doubts of my children. Now that my children have grown up, I can only teach Hindi subject and explain it well because I have a very strong hold on it.
I have never failed in explaining Hindi to the children, rather my children trust only me for Hindi subject that if mummy has explained it, taught it to them then they will get good marks, so at present my relations with my children have been good in terms of studies.
If a student makes a mistake, how do you solve it as a teacher? |

When a student makes a mistake, the teacher should understand the children that why the child is not able to understand that thing, where is he getting stuck, in which area is he facing difficulty, then the way of understanding of every child is different, sometimes someone understands through a story, sometimes someone understands through an example, so if a little effort is made then the children can be explained well because every child has a different understanding, it is not right to always punish by getting angry, due to this the child does not study, rather his time is wasted and he becomes aggressive, then he does not come in front of his teacher to ask any of his doubts and again slowly he gets averse to studies.

It has always been my endeavor to look at every aspect to understand my children, through which medium my children will be able to understand it well.

Building emotional relationships between teachers and students is very important, there will be a closeness that seems to have no boundaries in the classroom, learning will run pleasantly.
Equality of treatment for each child is very important, teachers should not give the impression of paying too much attention to some children who are considered smart, although it must be admitted that every teacher also has a favorite student.
