I guess this is a modern example of censorship... just like some will censor Twitter, Facebook, Google, Instagram, some will censor movies and TV shows with content they don't like. A VPN will help you watch Netflix content available elsewhere, so that can be a solution if you actually will be punished as content is removed from Netflix in your country.

    You're right, a VPN can solve the problem. It's not a big deal but in the 21st century, encountering such restrictions makes me uncomfortable.
