The Egg's Shadow
For the scribble lessons in the Art & Artists community (@hive-169911) hosted by @tezzmax I took photos of an egg and it's shadow. Three out of these photos you see underneath.
As perfect as this egg's shape looks, its shadow is the opposite.
Imagine you have to poop out an egg as big as your head (or bigger) every 25 hours. What would you do? I bet find a way to switch gender if you are a woman. Naturally or not it's no fun or a great hobby. Ask the emu. If you read about their eggs and all the misery it can bring, it's a miracle this bird still exist (most likely if that wouldn't be the case we would, depending on where we live, blame the wolf or our grandparents for molesting nature (the last accusation is a joke if I see how much the generations after me waste and the trash they produce).
To answer the question what came first, the chicken or the egg, it's the chick.
I scrolled through hundreds of photos and noticed those with shadows are rare. I wonder what causes it but also how come we are taught to add ahadow to a picture if in reality that shadow isn't present (I know it's to make certain aspects more clear but still it's strange).
If it comes to scribbling I gave up on it. Ifelt something was missing. Who knows I pick up on it one day again.
