We call it : Milkcoffee, which says enough and I like it too on rare occasions, mainly because I cannot taste or smell the coffee. LOL

I never had a heart or some other shape in my cup. I wonder how it's made. I find it nice touch, just like whipped cream and a bit of cinnamon or cocoa. The only minus is that it looks better in those cases than it tastes.
