I think that now, with my age, my heavy body is weaker, but my way of analyzing and interpreting has changed to be even more exhaustive.
I scrutinize much more than before, perhaps experience has made it that way.
I think that when it comes to being kinder to myself, I'm not achieving it, I get sick more often just because I don't learn to be kinder and continue with the same habits.
