Contest - week 10 - “Let's talk about a walk” / Concurso- semana 10 - «Hablemos sobre un paseo»

in CCC5 days ago

This week's contest theme is: “Let's talk about a walk.”

image.png

“Let's talk about...” takes place every week with different themes. It consists of making a creative post; you can write a personal story about the theme.

In addition to posting about the theme, you should try to communicate with other users. Make interesting comments so that we can all get involved in the responses. Just saying “thank you” is not enough; it cuts off communication.

Follow a thread of comments, focusing on what you like most about the other participating user. Don't forget this point: the more you comment, the more chances you have of winning this contest. Making interesting comments encourages other commenters to participate.

This week we will talk about a trip. This week, you can share a story about an outing you have been on. The one you liked the most or the one that impressed you the most. You can also talk about the place you would most like to visit, as a tourist, as a resident, as a participant in a sport, etc.

If you prefer, you can talk about an outing with a family member, friend, acquaintance, or something you have read or heard about an outing to a very interesting place.

Just tell your story in a way that makes it interesting for readers so that we can all participate and comment on your experience or our own.

Free your mind! The more original you are, the more points you'll earn.

This contest is about creativity, not whether things are true, real, or probable for someone. Bring out your creative and fun side as a writer.

The post must be at least 150 words long and include as many photos as you want. They can be your own photos or photos from websites allowed on the platform, free of copyright. (Pixabay, for example.)

Let's have fun and follow the rules!

I have traveled a lot in my life, especially on the different trips I took when I was still a student. In my country, there are many places to go and be amazed by the beauty that exists here. I mean, I have stopped riding a cable car to see the frozen mountains of my Andean mountain range because I suffer from a fear of heights.

I am terrified of climbing into a contraption in the air and seeing that my feet are not very close to the ground. The city in the Venezuelan Andes has so many beautiful landscapes that every morning when I went out, I looked up to see the snow covering the mountains. It seemed so magical to me.

There are still so many things I want to see that sometimes I think I won't have enough time in my life to see everything I want to see.

The place I would like to visit before I leave this world is my parents' homeland. I would like to be able to travel, even if only for a month, and explore the island of Madeira in Portugal. I feel very emotionally attached to that island. I have fond memories of the stories my mother told me about the vegetation, the plants that are grown there, and the urban harvests.

Madeira

My parents were born and raised in the countryside. That's where my mother instilled in me a love for the family garden. She taught me the basics of planting at home. I planted my first tomato plants, chili peppers, and bell peppers, to the point that every time I plant, she is present in my garden.

I would like to go to Portugal, specifically to Madeira, and walk the paths where my mother walks. I ask God to allow me to do so.

I hope you can tell your story about the place you would most like to visit in your life.

#About the previous contest:

This week we had 5 very good entries, but that's all. There was no active participation in the comments, nor were there any commenters who joined in the dialogue. Although I wasn't very present on a daily basis, I was always reading the entries, looking for comments, and I didn't find any.

On the other hand, my story did attract good commenters and interesting comments from several participants. Above all, our friend @wakeupkitty left her contribution and was very active as a commenter, as always.

This week's prize goes to her.

CONGRATULATIONS!

#Winner for comment and participation.

@wakeupkitty 2 Steem

The prize will be awarded in the next few hours.

Congratulations again!

I hope you enjoy this week's topic.

I will share 3 Steem with this week's winners.

Good luck to everyone!

Thank you very much for the prize. I am happy with it.

Yes, it's really pitiful. A topic with so much to talk about but that no one liked to comment on much.
Thank you for your support always.
Let's hope that the new topic does stimulate them to talk.

You still haven't understood the purpose of the contest!
It's not about what you've had, or what you've traveled, or what you have now. The contest is always about writing a story. This story may be fictional. It may be a thought. You can write about a walk you read in a book when you were 6 years old. It doesn't matter!
What matters in the contest is that you use the topic of the week and let your writing streak fly. That's all!
Do you get my idea?
Have you never read children's stories?
For example: Little Red Riding Hood took a walk through the forest before arriving at her grandmother's.
Or yourself, when you went to visit a friend you took a walk on the beach. You made a journey through the waves, you were a crucial participant in a ride.
Why don't you let your imagination run wild, and write a ride where you surfed through the waves, which were approximately 10 meters high, and won the jackpot as a surfer!
Did you see how stories are created that can be true or fictitious?
This is the purpose of my contest...

LOL I couldn't help laugh. Worth an upvote for sure.
Let's see what the story will be @lupega will write.

Hey @lupega you can use it as a prompt.

I'm going to write a story that begins like this: ONCE UPON A TIME hahaha

You can make your publication however you prefer, my dear @lupega, only using the topic of the week. ha ha ha,

 yesterday

Ok, I'll make my post a little different, I DON'T travel much

I've already lost my hope hahaha

I keep my word, if I say NO it means no and vice versa, when I can't keep my word, I apologize, but the truth is that until now I haven't had to apologize.

(You still haven't understood the purpose of the contest!) Wow, your comment is strong. If I don't understand like that ¿ then how? Hahaha.
A big hug.

That big hug won't help you. LOL

I think so, in fact I have one for you too.

you're sweet

It is a clear and clean way to explain, not with the desire to offend, but to explain as best as I can. Do you understand it? The word is printed and gives a strong tone.
What surprised me is that you have been competing for so long and you still haven't found the background of this contest.
To soften my words I give you a hug, do you accept it?

Of course, in fact I also hug her with much affection and respect.

I love you very much, my young friend. God bless you.

No need to soften your words, let him write first.

Thanks for the advice.
Let's wait and see what happens.

Thank you dear @lupega

((No need to soften your words, let him write first.) I've already read this, and I'm giving hugs and more hugs hahaha

How good hugs are, I accept mine with great affection. We'll see if our friend accepts them.

A sincere hug is always well received
