Having bad teeth is one of the defects I avoid, even tooth ache can be disturbing. I remember when I had an ache in my teeth, it was as if I had all the weight of the world in my teeth. I had sleepless nights, and I also had to sleep a certain way to make sure the ache is not as much as it is. Those times were terrible. I wondered how something as small as a tooth can cause so much pain. The pain led me to quickly look for a solution on time.

Bad teeth can result from not taking proper care of the teeth, especially eating late night food and taking junks. You would not enjoy making use of your teeth when it is bad, that's why you need to take proper care of it.
