That's a good idea. Using them in place of chicken eggs. I just had an idea; I'm going to try making Japanese ramen eggs with them. I'm sure they'll taste great. Thank you for sharing.

I like Chinese and Japanese food but I haven't eaten Korean food. I think it is very tasty from seeing advertisements about those foods so much.
I hope you have a succulent ramen recipe with quail eggs, then post it.
