Just in passing you might want to ask one of your team members, @rosz, why she has only made 5 votes with her account in the past 7 days.

And four of them were for her own posts !

    Hi @steemcurator01 ,

    I have discussed with @rosz, as she delegated most of her sp for community support and has only 124sp now and vote value is nothing , so she thought she has no need to vote others and she was not aware of self voting. Now I have caution her and told her the importance of voting other persons article and she has taken it into consideration. She's doing great work with team and hopefully she will not repeat this mistake that happened due to unawareness.

    most of my SP is delegated to the community of Colombia original, I do not usually vote

    I am going to speak with them to expand my delegation .

    Anyway I will remember to give a vote to the people to whom I make comments.
