Weekly Curation Report by Team Foresight||Week -1 of August 2025

Greetings everyone,

It's an accolade to publish our first weekly curation report on behalf of The Team Foresight operating the SC-5 account for August 2025.

During the period from August 01 to August 07, 2025, the foresight team collaboratively concluded the assignment under review. Our team has successfully enabled the functionality of the SC-05 account, ensuring its execution as planned.

Curation Details during week- 1

Stats:

This week, our team conducted coverage across 23 countries. Venezuela received the highest level of support, with a total of 41 posts, while Indonesia ranked second with 26 posts.

This week, we have reached 37 communities and 10 posts curated from beyond the community(visiting the direct blog).

The diary game posts primarily receive the highest level of support, totalling 66 posts. In second place, the contributions from various creative writing steemian friends account for 20 posts.

In her entry to the contest titled: Significance of equality for a healthy society, the user has shared her view in detail about how significant equality is in society. Of particular interest is the part where she made us understand that although there has been significant improvement in the way women are viewed in society, she pointed out that women are still viewed as inferior in most families and societies.
That equality has not been granted to women in totality. She still believes that people believe that women are only good in caring for the home,
food and other house chores. She also went ahead to explain that people should not be judged based on their dress and grooming. Her personal encounter with someone who wore a tattoo changed her view on the fact that people should not be judged based on their grooming. The reasons behind selection:-

Cassava planting can be done both early and late stages. It takes a lot of efforts to get it done, beginning with clearing the bushes, tilling the ground, sourcing for stems, cutting and planting. It takes a year and above to mature depending on the specie of stem. This user has detailed all these fact in his publication which I have spotlighted. He also included pictures of him while trying to plant his cassava this August, telling us that he is planting it late. His publication shows how proud he is to be a farmer and the benefits that comes with it despite the troubles of not having the equipments that could make cassava planting easier.
