Weekly Report as Steem Representative, March 13th to March 19th, 2025
Hi, all fellow Steemians,
Good evening from Canberra,
Yes, this week was entirely different as most of my time was spent traveling. First I visited my Delhi office and finalized all details and then left for Sydney via Singapore. I agree this is perhaps the longest duration during the last 22 months when I did not post for three days in a row.
I wasn't as active as I usually am, as I have left India for my next assignment on Tuesday, so as I said in my last report, my current SR report is from Canberra.
This week my report is the shortest ever, but since I knew it, I planned my journey so I wouldn't miss my weekly moderation in Travel Steem, and also I kept my Newbie Support Program going.
My power-up
Power Up & Win Week 76 || 200 SP
I am proud to announce that I have gone well past the 46K mark and am looking forward to adding as many SPs as I can. Offline, I was too busy traveling so there was not much but traveling and photography, which I hope to submit in the form of posts in the coming weeks.
I am sure this new travel experience will reshape my definition of what I have always known and as I am planning my plans for visiting old and new places over the next weeks, I will be focusing on both real business responsibilities and the fun I find in travel.
I have no hesitation in saying that my marketing career took me down to a path that introduced me to fun through the research on happiness, play, learning and well-being. I will continue to do so and keep posting in traveling niche.
Newbie Promotional Program
A New Initiative to help newbies
As I have already reported in my last reports, I changed my "Newbie Promotional Program." I have raised the rank limit from 50 to 55, as I feel this will give me a little more liberty to select promising Steemians.
To support newbies, I am planning to help them in their writing journey on Steemit with a couple of new strategies, like a "Travel Writing Contest" that will encourage them to share about their region and country. I hope I am better prepared now to do that in Travel Steem.
I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive.
As I said, my offline activities stopped me from visiting and finding promising authors from the newcomers' community, but I still selected my quota of two of the best, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries, but I couldn't spend time with newbies on their or my posts as much as I generally do.
I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.
My selected users
As a routine, I selected "newbie," @adrian1999, the first beneficiary of the week.

Moderator Duty
I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time but had too few real travel posts, but mostly diary posts. However, the travelers posting their travel experiences compensated for my time and efforts.
Again, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to support them in spreading awareness and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem.
My Account Summary
My CSI is not up to the mark this week as I wasn't online for half this week so I could not visit as many posts as I normally do, but I am back and commencing my job as usual from today onwards.
These are my regular posts
As usual, I am going to do my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.
I sincerely assure my Steemian friends that I will try to make amends in the coming week for what I missed this past week.
That's all for this week!
Thanks all; have a nice time ahead.
Yours sincerely,

Thanks, yes, it was my shortest! 150 words and 3 posts lesser than my usual week 😄
I found it a very long read 😁 but the message is clear. 🍀♥️
Comon ma'am, some of your comments are longer than my entire weekly report 😎
