Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from Canberra,

I am glad to see my team got the nod from SteemBlog for season 24, and now we are up against the tough challenge of keeping the AI away, which is the main concern of all of us. I am surprised to see that there are too few teams in this season, so we are ready for the increased number of posts.

I guess things should come back to normal, although our team consists of 3 newcomers to this kind of challenge. I have always believed that fiction was the best test of creative writing and am looking forward to the innovative ideas in the coming weeks.

This week I gave more time to #steem-atlas and enjoyed posting in this community, which made up for my slackness during the last couple of weeks. Most of my writing revolved around the Wikipedia-typed posts, and I am satisfied with the result, especially as I climbed up the leader board.

I am well past the 48 K SP mark and am looking forward to adding as many SP as I can so I can reach my first target of 50 K SP, which I had set on or before May 14th, the day I will complete three years on this site.

Offline, I was busy with my official project, which is back in full swing, as I am looking to add a few more accounts to my existing clients' list. As this is most probably going to be my last assignment, I wish to do something that brings more business to my company during my current assignment period.

I continued posting in #steem-atlas.

A New Initiative to Help Newbies

https://steemit.com/hive-107855/@dove11/a-new-initiative-to-help-newbies

As I have been reporting, I changed my "Newbie Promotional Program." I have raised the rank limit from 50 to 55, as I feel this will give me a little more liberty to select promising Steemians.

To support newbies, I am already doing as much as I can despite being busy with offline activities but planning to help them in their writing journey on Steemit with a couple of new strategies that will encourage them to share about their region and country. I hope I am better prepared now to do that in the new learning season and travel to Steem if all goes according to my plan.

I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive.

This week my online activities were at my normal pace, as most of my time was spent in Discord discussing with my teammates, but I still visited and found promising authors from the newcomers' community and selected my quota of two, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries, but I couldn't spend time with newbies on their or my posts as much as I wanted to.

I supported two more newbies, with a difference this week, as I added two beneficiaries in my one post. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.

My selected users

As a routine, I selected "newbie" @silvi17 as the first beneficiary of the week.

I selected for this post:

As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I posted a comment on her post.

My second newbie beneficiary is @dodo237

Moderator Duty

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time as the number of posts increased during the last couple of weeks in the travel and diary niche. I can see now the travelers posting their travel experiences, which was worth my time.

Again, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to support them in spreading awareness and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem, but there were not many newcomers this week that came to seek my support; rather, they kept tagging me in their posts.

My CSI is up to the mark this week, as I was online this week, so I visited as many posts as I normally do. That means I am back and doing my job as usual this week.

These are my regular posts

As usual, I am going to do my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

I sincerely assure all Steemians that I will work harder in the coming weeks in case my plan for SC works according to my plan.

That's all for this week!

Thanks, all; have a nice time ahead.

Yours sincerely,
