Even though , you had some issues with living, you still manage to do such a great work well done !!
By the way your situation is really relatable, when we live on rents and we have a problem they usually tell us to leave .I think it is the landlords responsibility to get things done for us from leakage to anything else . We as a tenant shouldn't be concerned about it ,but they should be. Still, it is what it is .Cant fight it !
