Final Curation Report of Team 5 (True Colours 2) – December 2024
1. Preface
The last votes we cast were in the early morning of December 2024. As we did throughout the entire month, we corrected voting behaviour daily while we searched for other, different, creative texts worth reading and rewarding.
A bit disappointed we feel about what was worth upvoting and we had hoped for more good comments, but believe we saw an increase in good comments during this month.
We mainly used hashtags to find posts/comments. This made it possible to daily add new names to our list and find refreshing texts.
To those who read our former four weekly nominations, it will be noticeable that the nominees are:
- writers of posts and comments
- never the same Steemians
- represent different countries/communities
Twice we've been asked for upvotes and we warned those.
We thank the Steemit Team for the honour and the great time.
A Happy New Year to all.
And now … The Reports.

Review | In this rather lengthy commentary on the end of the year, especially the turn of the year, afrog writes about the moral and actually very human dilemmas and unpleasant realities that often befall long-standing relationships. afrog writes about the rather grim reality he faces, which he himself makes no attempt to mask his displeasure with, in an engaging storytelling style. |

Review | tezzmax is among the “persistent” artists to be reckoned with in the Steem Universe (SteemVerse). This time he came up with a painting contest run in the specialized Art & Artist community. How To Draw With Scribbles is her writing series where she teaches her readers to paint with the Scribbles technique. This series of posts currently has 6 episodes and in the last post he embedded a contest. This article contains some step-by-step pictures of painting with scribbles technique with the theme of the lower part of the human face. |

Date | 30th |
Review | I always find it fun to read exciting travel stories, especially when they are accompanied by beautiful photos that are a feast for the eyes. In this piece, thoughtcs talks about her 39th trip to Xinjiang (I'm amazed that she kept that count). SHe gives notes on some of the places she passed by during this journey. I don't know if the roads she traveled on were always quiet, but none of the photos show crowds. Have a pleasant and safe journey, thoughtcs. |

It is a long scroll to find the nominees. All the data is clear. Will anyone take note of it? If not know I am happy we did this and it's very helpful.
I thank you for the great month. You are a super teammate.
A Steemy Start of The Year
It may not really matter this much data but I like doing it. As you know, I really like statistics (numbers and tables and charts), also working with images.
Not everyone, I am sure. But someone will.
My only concern is: will @steemcurator01 find this -as you said- too long a scroll to find nominations? Because while I know sc01 reads what comes in front of them, I also believe their time is quite tight with all those recommendations and reports. But, I can tell you this: this is not that long when you do it on a computer.
Hell! (I mean "Well") You know how to keep my mind occupied. And I hope our colleague in January, @nishadi89, will also be happy with how we work and coordinate, and with all the guidelines we (mostly you) have formulated. You are SUPERER! (Yes! It's a word! I coined it!) And I guess nishadi89 will be the SUPEREST of us three.
Lovely comment but you forgot to mention the pies!
I thought about it and if you ask me those motivated will have a lot of benefit from it (if they read).
Let's see
Superer - s up ER ER 🤔
Su per ER🤔
I go for ER (emergency)
Superest - su per REST 🤯
Does it refer to the country Heaven located? I noticed something those places/countries have in common.
Tea Time!
🍀♥️
Ps I live you but hey, you know you are still the black cat right?
Aha! Puzzled, aren't you? I will leave you there.
Hello dear,
Sorry for late reply. I am really happy to have worked with you both. I have learned a lot from yours this week. And thank you very much for your trust in me. I will do my best to make our team a good one.
Also I have been on a curation team before. But I have never met anyone like you two before. Yours always say that we should vote for every user. It should not be limited to a few countries or a few communities. I really like people who are impartial like yours.
Everyone should be supported equally on this platform. Because every user who posts here is a member of this platform. Finally, thank you very much to @wakeupkitty and @aneukpineung78 for including me in the team and giving me the opportunity to have such a good experience.
All the best our team 💕💕💕

Thank you so much for the nomination @wakeupkitty.
Happy New Year to you All. 💐🎊🎉🍻
You are welcome. I hope that the drawing lessons will continue. A happy and creative 2025 to you.
Thank you much Kitty. I wish you the same and yes it's definitely going to continue.
Thank you for your nomination, and Happy New Year! I'm about to embark on my journey to Cuba!
Happy New Year and a nice trip to Cuba.
