Exclusive!! project for Valiant Comics that was not published
Last couple of blogs I showed off some covers I did for Valiant Ent. publisher of many fine comics including Bloodshot ( yes the new movie is based on that comic).
They also had a comic called Gen Zero. It was...young high school age super powered individuals all part of an super team/ organization. Agents of Shield mixed with New Mutants is the best way I can think of to describe it.
Anyways, the had an issue that was to have them go through a portal and enter a cartoonish world, all of them transformed into cartoons when going through. and they said to themselves "hmm...who do we know that could pull that off".
The answer they came up with was ME.
Sadly I never did get to finish it and the pages I did for them ended up never seeing the light of day.
BUT...I'm going to show you all here, what I had done when the plug got pulled! Making this a #steemit #exclusive !
I jumped around a bit when working on the issue. For the sake of time and efficiency, I was doing all the panels and pages in the order of the scenes/sets. So some pages are half done and some not touched at all. You might still get a kick out of seeing them though. I did some nice work here and tried some wilder page layouts than normal.

Thanks for letting us see these. It has to be frustrating when a project doesn't work out. There's some intriguing images here that make me wonder where the plot was going.

This is a lot of fun to see! I actually think it is quite fun to see work like this that never quite got to be finished (though its sad) because you get to see so many different stages of it at once. As always, killer work!
