The Shah Hotel is the most popular restaurant in our town. Having mouthwatering snacks and refreshing drinks at this restaurant made me happy many times. So in this publication, I would like to inform you about this restaurant.

It has been among our town's top restaurants since I was a child. The Shah Hotel is located near the railway station. I never found such a good restaurant near any railway station. Initially, this restaurant sold sweets from which they served various foods to customers, but later they opened a small section adjacent to their main hotel and began selling desserts from there.

Maybe they opened a separate section for desserts so that they can run the business more easily and customers can easily purchase desserts. This restaurant serves traditional food, drinks, snacks, and desserts. In breakfast you can eat delicious hotchpotch, bread, fried egg etc. People usually eat rice, meat, fish, dal, and vegetables for lunch, and you can find these foods here. Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Cutlet, Beef Suslik, and Beef Diamond Kebab are only sold during Ramadan.

In this publication, I showed many pictures of various snacks, and this restaurant had been selling them for a few months. These snacks were not available previously. These mouthwatering snacks attract a lot of customers. I have not tried these snacks. These snacks are very expensive. My favorite foods at this restaurant were hotchpotch, fried beef, chicken chaap, fried eggs, low-oil bread, dal, and so on. However, I later removed chicken chaap and other oily food items from my favorites.

Now I like to eat low-oil bread with fried eggs and dal. In comparison to other restaurants in town, the food quality here is good. You can get high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Aside from various foods and snacks, you can drink high-quality tea here. The tea at this restaurant is well-known in our town. Many people from far away come here to drink tea. This restaurant also serves a few different types of juices. I did not enjoy the juice at all.

After opening a separate dessert shop, this restaurant has a large collection of various desserts. I bought the regular desserts from here several times. My favorite desserts are normal desserst, Kalojam dessert etc. I also enjoy eating jaggery dessert, which is only available during the winter season.

The restaurant offers a variety of desserts. However, most of the desserts are expensive. It is recommended to try one or two desserts from each variety. Then you can decide which one you need to purchase. You can also purchase yoghurt from this shop. I forget the price of yoghurt.

Opening & Closing Time

The Shah Hotel is located near the station, which is a very busy area, so it is open 24 hours a day. However, the opening and closing times during the holidays are uncertain.

Conclusion

The Shah Hotel has been serving quality food for a long time. However, they are now raising the prices of all items, but the quality remains the same as before, which is concerning. I believe they should focus on continuing to serve quality foods at reasonable prices. Tea for half a cup now costs 0.12 USD, but it used to cost 0.082 USD. For a half-tea, other restaurants keep 0.082 USD. They used to charge 0.25 USD for a small cup of yoghurt, but now they keep 0.33 USD. It is not encouraging that the price went up while the quality remained unchanged. Although I would have given it a higher rating, their pricing strategy really irritates me, so I will give this restaurant a 5 out of 10.

I am inviting @pea07, @waterjoe and @lirvic to take part in the contest.
