The journey from Singapore to Larkin Sentral, Malaysia, took about an hour by bus and passed a number of strict checks at the Singapore immigration office. Upon arrival at the Larkin Sentral bus terminal, my wife and I spent the night there, and tomorrow morning we plan to continue our journey to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
So before we arrive in Kuala Lumpur let's review the Larkin Sentral Bus terminal first, in my opinion this bus terminal is an important place because from this terminal it facilitates our travel access to enter Singapore.
In the morning, Wednesday, February 5, 2025, the atmosphere in the front yard of the parking lot at Larkin Sentral already looks crowded and busy. This terminal is one of the largest terminals in Malaysia, being the departure and arrival point for various inter-city and inter-state buses.

We immediately headed inside the bus terminal to look for breakfast, we didn't rush to book a bus ticket because we had a very long time. In this terminal, there are many food stalls that taste no less delicious than restaurants in urban areas. As usual we ordered nasi lemak and tea to accompany our morning.
After breakfast we also didn't forget to buy some snacks to eat later in the trip. In this terminal there are also many small minimarkets that provide many snacks and souvenirs.

After finishing eating and buying some snacks we then immediately went to the counter to order bus tickets to Kuala Lumpur.
Initially, I had planned to book the tickets online through an app or website. However, the officer at the counter advised me to buy the ticket offline instead. According to them, there was a disruption in their online system. I didn't know exactly what caused the disruption.
While queuing at the counter, I noticed that there was a difference in the queue line between Malaysians and non-Malaysians. As foreign nationals, my wife and I had to show our passports when booking our tickets.
The queue at the counter was quite long, with more than 20 people queuing to buy tickets. There was only one officer at the counter, and it took about 5 minutes to serve just one person. I felt a little disappointed with the system that was still using the offline method and the time-consuming process.
After waiting for a while, it was finally my turn to book a ticket. I booked two bus tickets for Kuala Lumpur at 48 Malaysian ringgit per ticket or about 61 Steem.
The journey from Larkin Sentral to Kuala Lumpur is estimated to take about 4 hours. After getting the tickets, my wife and I looked for a place to wait for the bus in the waiting room available.
The waiting room at Larkin Sentral is quite spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Inside the waiting room, there was information about the bus departure schedule.

However, I noticed that some buses were delayed, including the one I was supposed to catch. According to information from the attendant, the bus was stuck in traffic somewhere. I and other passengers had to wait patiently.
After a long wait the bus we were traveling on arrived, but it seems that this bus is not the bus I ordered, this is a spare bus specifically used to replace cases of buses experiencing delays.
Thus my post about the Larkin Central bus terminal, if you one day want to visit Singapore you can take a bus from this terminal because considering the price is affordable. I don't know exactly how much it costs to take an online taxi, it's definitely more expensive.

Thus this article, hopefully useful and inspiring all who read it. Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to comment.
