Hello steemian friends, on this occasion, continuing the story of my trip with my wife at a chocolate shop located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Sungai Wang Plaza Chocolate Shop.

The shop is called Kedai Cokelat, Chocolate Fame M.A.G. - CHF-1, Level 1 located at Sungai Wang Plaza. This chocolate shop provides various types of Malaysian chocolate that are suitable to be brought home as souvenirs. When arriving at the front yard, we can immediately see rows of chocolates sold there with various variants and flavors.

I was offered an Armada brand chocolate, it tasted delicious with cream inside.

When we first arrived there, we were immediately greeted kindly by the waiter on duty there, they immediately offered some chocolate to taste. They also spoke Malay so it was easy for us to interact with each other.

The place is also very neat and clean, the price is also very affordable starting from the cheapest price of 5 MYR or around 7.5 Steem (price is calculated based on the Steem price on Saturday, March 1, 2025).

I began to walk around every corner of the chocolate shelf, I was surprised to see a large selection of chocolate with various flavors. Of course, the many choices made me confused about choosing a chocolate that is delicious and suitable for the Indonesian tongue.

There are so many chocolates with various flavors, I was confused about which one to buy as a souvenir.

Confused, I asked the waiter to recommend some types of chocolate and flavors available. I also asked which chocolates were the best sellers at this chocolate shop.

The waiters kindly showed me some of the recommended chocolates and gave me a tester. In my opinion, buying chocolate here is very special because we can try different flavors before buying.

Chocolate with durian flavor is one of the most purchased variants, the price is 22 Malaysian Ringgit.

From the waiter's recommendation, I learned that one of the special chocolates is durian-flavored chocolate. After trying it, I agree that the durian chocolate is very good, smooth, and the durian flavor is similar to real durian.

Besides the durian chocolate, the almond-flavored chocolate is also a favorite. The chocolate contains real almonds, which are delicious and savory.

After discussing with my wife, we decided to buy some durian and almond flavored chocolates. In our opinion, these chocolates are very suitable for our tongue and Indonesians in general.

When choosing the chocolates, I deliberately chose a larger package with more contents, this is so that it is easier to take home, and can be shared with our family and friends in Aceh.

Before buying, I also always consider our remaining luggage capacity of 8 kg. Although there were still many choices of chocolate flavors that we wanted to buy, we finally decided to buy just enough.

Teh tarik and Milo are favorite drinks that must be purchased because they taste delicious and refreshing.

In addition to buying chocolate, I also bought a large pack of various favorite drinks in Malaysia, namely teh tarik and milo.

During my vacation in Malaysia, I often drank teh tarik, and over time I found that it suited my palate. In my opinion, teh tarik in Kuala Lumpur has a distinctive flavor, delicious and also refreshing.

In addition, I also heard from many people that Milo in Malaysia is better than the one in Indonesia. However, I don't think the flavor is any different, it's just that I think Milo in Malaysia is low in sugar so it's healthier, while Milo in Indonesia contains more sugar so it tastes sweeter.

Then on the spot, we bought keychains. The keychains we bought had a special design depicting the iconic city of Kuala Lumpur, the Petronas Towers. We bought as many as 20 key chains to give to family and friends.

After I finished choosing, I went to the cashier and paid the bill of Rp934186 or around 376 Steem, using a contactless card. In my opinion, Kedai Cokelat provides a practical service in terms of payment. Luckily, since our shopping exceeded RM200, we got a bonus of one free chocolate nastar cookie from the shop owner.

Our goods, after being counted in quantity and cost, were then packed properly. The cashier then detailed the total cost to be paid.

Without realizing it, we had shopped so much, our total bill was 934186 IDR or around 367 Steem.1000399944.jpg

Overall, I highly recommend Kedai Cokelat as a place to buy Malaysian souvenirs. The chocolate selection is extensive, the service is good and friendly, and the place is neat and clean. The prices are affordable, and the bonuses make the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
