Well without further ado on this occasion I will invite you all to visit Mikie Holiday Funland. I arrived at this place on Sunday, January 26, 2024 at around 14.00 WIB in the afternoon after finishing enjoying the hot spring in Pariban.

Mikie Holiday Funland is one of the largest amusement parks located in Berastagi City, North Sumatra. This place is known for having a wide variety of playground rides suitable for all ages. According to the information I know, there are as many as 35 rides available in this place.

But of course the most interesting are the extreme rides, which can trigger the heart to beat faster to fight fear.

If you are in the city of Medan and want to visit Mikie Holiday, it takes about 1 hour 40 minutes, or about 66 KM. The journey to the city of Berastagi can be said to be a little extreme because the road continues to climb the height of the mountain.

Oh yes, if you want to go to this place there are a few things you need to know, first come only on Sundays, because they are only open on holidays. Or you can check out their schedule of operating hours on their website or Instagram @ mikie_funland.

In addition, if you want to visit this place, come early, because considering the city of Berastagi is a cold city that always misses rain, if you are at Mikie Holiday in rainy conditions some rides cannot be operated. So yes, it's a loss to have paid an expensive ticket but not be able to enjoy all the entertainment facilities provided.

Earlier I talked about tickets but did not mention how much the tickets cost, the tickets can be purchased directly on various online applications so you don't have to queue, or you can come directly to the counter where tickets are purchased, the ticket price is around 105,000 IDR per person, or around 34 Steem.

With this fee you can enjoy all the rides there, they call it pay once play all you want.

The playground, the architecture of the buildings, and the plants around here are all very beautiful, being here brings our imagination like being in the ocean.

So without further ado, let's enjoy the rides available at Mikie Holiday. The first time I tried the octopus ride, which is one of the extreme rides. I queued to ride this ride for a few minutes because many people were interested in riding the ride.

As I watched others riding the ride I noticed that many people had their hands up in the air, indicating that they were not prepared for the next strong shock to follow. My heart started beating fast and I began to feel scared.

After queuing for a long time I was finally given the chance to sit on the ride and to try it, but when I was just starting to sit on the ride the heavy rain suddenly came so the octopus ride had to be stopped, ah bad luck me.

I then tried to find other rides that could be played in the rain, but some of the other rides made me less interested in trying them. But instead of waiting for the rain to stop why not spend the time trying out some of the simple rides available.

As it got darker, I felt very tired and needed to rest immediately. I finally decided to go back to the place where we were staying. See you next time.
