I was invited by @o5otaesik, one of the members of the Steemit Japan community and he invited me to join his event in which he asks us to write about what we would do, if we were going to Korea.

So well, i was thinking about that question for a moment, and yes... i would love to visit Korea.

I have been here in Japan for quite a while, and even though the Korean peninsula is pretty close, I have never made it there yet. Of course I was thinking of visiting there, but somehow there was no chance so far.

What would I like to do there?

Of course I want to see Seoul, one of the most vibrant cities in East Asia. And I would also love to rent a car and explore a bit of the country side. I don't know much about Korea's geography but I am sure there are some interesting places to discover, especially along the sea and in the mountains.

And I would also love to try out some real Korean Yakiniku, even though I am expecting it to be a but spicy. But hey, let's give it a try.

Some years ago I made some Korean friends, while I was travelling in New Zealand. I would be nice to get in touch with them and meet up somewhere. Meeting with local people makes travelling even more exciting and interesting.

I am not sure when I will be able to go to Korea, but it is still on my list. At last travelling will become easier next year, and then we all should take off for another trip to some unknown country. I am all in....

その質問について少し考えてみたのですが、そうですね...韓国に行ってみたいです。

私は長い間日本にいて、朝鮮半島はかなり近いのですが、まだ一度も行ったことがありません。もちろん、行ってみたいとは思っているのですが、なかなか機会がありません。

そこで何をしたいか？

もちろん、東アジアで最も活気のある都市のひとつであるソウルを見てみたい。そして、レンタカーを借りて、ちょっと田舎を散策してみたいですね。韓国の地理はよく知らないのですが、海沿いや山間部にはきっと面白い場所があるはずです。

そして、本場の韓国焼肉も食べてみたいです。

何年か前、ニュージーランドを旅行していたときに、韓国人の友達ができました。その人たちと連絡を取って、どこかで会えたらいいなと思う。現地の人と会うと、旅がもっとエキサイティングで面白くなるから。

韓国にはいつ行けるか分かりませんが、まだリストに入っています。来年は旅行がしやすくなるかな。そうしたら、またみんなでどこか知らない国へ旅に出よう。行きましょう..。

Ich wurde von @o5otaesik, einem Mitglied der Steemit Japan Community, eingeladen und er lud mich ein, an seinem Event teilzunehmen. Dort bat er uns, darüber zu schreiben, was wir tun würden, wenn wir denn einmal nach Korea reisen würden.

Also, ich habe einen Moment lang über diese Frage nachgedacht, und ja... ich würde Korea gerne einmal besuchen.

Ich bin schon eine ganze Weile hier in Japan, und obwohl die koreanische Halbinsel ganz in der Nähe liegt, habe ich es noch nie dorthin geschafft. Natürlich habe ich oft überlegt, doch mal da hinzufahren, aber irgendwie hat sich bis jetzt keine Gelegenheit ergeben.

Was würde ich dort gerne machen?

Natürlich möchte ich Seoul sehen, eine der dynamischsten Städte Ostasiens. Außerdem würde ich gerne ein Auto mieten und ein wenig das Land erkunden. Ich weiß nicht viel über die Geografie Koreas, aber ich bin sicher, dass es einige sehenswerte Orte zu entdecken gibt, vor allem am Meer und in den Bergen.

Und ich würde auch gerne einmal echtes koreanisches Yakiniku probieren, auch wenn ich davon ausgehe, dass es etwas zu scharf istfür mich sein könnte. Aber hey, probieren wir es einfach aus.

Vor einigen Jahren habe ich in Neuseeland einige Südkoreaner kennengelernt. Es wäre ne gute Gelegenheit, mal mit richtig in Kontakt zu kommen und sich irgendwo zu treffen. Die Begegnung mit Einheimischen macht das Reisen noch spannender und interessanter.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wann ich mal nach Korea komme, aber es steht immer noch auf meiner Liste. Nächstes Jahr wird das Reisen hoffentlich noch ein bisschen einfacher, und dann wird es für uns alle Zeit, mal wieder ein wenig Neuland zu erkunden. Ich bin dabei....
