Writing course / Curso de escritura #wewrite - L4
#writingclass
Dear free writer,
We present you Lesson 4 of the workshop We-Write. In #wewrite04 we will focus on story writing and commenting.
The hashtag story is checked and the result is shocking. All types of posts can be found except for a story such as (fairy) tales, bedtime, campfire, Halloween, Christmas stories and so on.
The search for new communities hosting contests where story writing is the topic is nowhere to be found. Again I left a few comments on why the host of a contest uses the hashtag story but I do not count on an answer since I asked this many times before. Since this course is meant for every Steemian and we follow certain rules the communities where to post are limited.
NOTE: Please, read what is asked before you write!
Always read 3 other posts and comment on them first before you start writing! Why? Because it will give an idea of what is asked plus it is a great method to broaden the horizon of the mind and trigger the fantasy.
In Lesson 1 we practiced how to describe in detail what we see in a picture, and we described the feelings a picture evokes if we study it. Next, we focussed on writing a story or poem with 100 words (@freewritehouse's pic1000 and Art & Writing @ solperez).
In Lesson 2 we commented in three different communities, wrote about our experiences, and took part in the Create a picture with AI contest with a given prompt]
In Lesson 3 we commented in Talk Channel @adeljose is the host, task 2 was commenting and freewriting with a keyword in Dream Steem and the last task was writing a diary in 15 minutes where the focus should be on the topics mentioned in Talk Channel.
A respond on the entries you can read here.

Hi Kitty, I find the contest topics you have here really interesting, and I would love to participate. However, I have some concerns about a few rules:
The rule stating that comments should be 50+ words seems unnecessary. Meaningful engagement should be more important than word count.
The requirement to save and leave links to your comments underneath your post seems a bit demanding. What do you think?
Lastly, I think everyone should be free to join this contest; I mean, language shouldn't be a barrier because, with the help of Google Translate, anyone can read. And posting to a specific community, too; if a particular community doesn't accept posts in other languages apart from a particular one, then users should be allowed to post on their blog. I hope you can make some adjustments!

I think to summarize, it is important to understand that in a writing course, there are things to teach, as you may have seen: writing meaningful posts and comments.
This is not learned through theory but through repeated practice, and also by reading other entries with their comments.
What I have been able to realize is that people in general just want to go and publish and make it as easy as possible, but I will tell you this phrase that I once read that explains a little what it means to take a course, with a level of difficulty : Do the difficult thing and then you can do things easier... it's not the other way around. If we make an effort, we will increase our level and it will be a plus for us.
In any case, we are available to explain any questions and support those who wish to participate. Thanks for your feedback. Blessings.
I completely understand your point, and as I mentioned earlier, I have no issue with either commenting or writing in the preferred language. I was only concerned about non-English speakers, Thank you so much for your response. Nonetheless, let's remain optimistic and hope for the best!
Dear friend its a good ideas to explore much creativity but writing more than three post including which is it self post and has words count its really longer, if you include comment don't say about story writing because overall its 3 post other than comments. Yesterday I try to participate but there was no posts to do comments and overall its very lengthy tasks for us. Please consider it and make it little comprehend in one tasks and ask the user if they couldn't work on 1 second task option is there for them according to choice I hope you will consider it.
Have a lovely day
More than 3 posts?
You write a story of 550 words
A fable (no minimum of words, how about 100 words we practised that! )
A short film review (no minimum of words, all you have to do is share your short film and tell what you like. )
Commenting should be a normal thing to so, a habit and 3 is not too much asked.
If you read the other lessons, what the results are, you know that 1 task is not enough to practise or measure what is learned. This is not a sec contest but a teaching team and a 6 week course. If it would last for 1 year one task per week might be an option although you know just like me none of us had only 1 writing lesson per week.
There are always posts to comment. It doesn't have to be a task you comment on. It says stories stories are posted in the freewriters.
As we started with commenting in Newcomers, CCS and Italy also was said you can comment on any post even if it passed the payout date.
Please, read Lesson 1-3 and the results and note this is a course. The lessons do not stand on their own.

I sent you the translation so you are updated.
All the best to you.
