Have you tried a high dose of vitamin D3? It might work.
So you are doing Pilates in the middle of a cold night wrapped in a fuzzy blanket? I hope it worked.
I never met the man from Nowhere, to me you are cool enough. Don't get a cold on your back or the pain increases. BTW a hot water bag can do wonders too. Do you have one? Or two?
Bullshitting or not I like what you write, take good care of yourself.
It's not that bad it's more like my lower back is constantly sore. Still got my full range of motion but it's annoying. I think it might be a bulging disc or who knows what.
Not doing Pilates actually. Just thought it would sound funnier in context rather than saying I was stretching. Probably should lose some weight and get a better office chair or stop sitting so much in the first place.

A good chair makes a world of difference but they are hard to find.
So instead of Pilates you stretch out on bed? It helps me if the back hurts next to a hot wayer bag and the D3 helped as well although I replaced it for liver cod capsules.
Would it help to lose weight? You can also do inactive gym to strengthen the muscles. It can be done while you sit and even in bed (or if you walk). So multitasking behind the desk.
