The main problem is the lack of engagement. It's doesn't exist if I only leave a message and there's no reply and I dare to say that more is needed than just one reply. I know not everyone is like me but if I don't hear longer from someone I talked to I will check where he is and if he is still active and leave a message underneath on of the posts.

I think it's a good start to see this as a game.
