This is my post for #freewrite Friday prompt continuation split hosted by @mariannewest.

I would like to start with @mariannewest I hope you are doing ok, I have not seen you miss posting a prompt, with this virus going around it makes me worry when I do not hear from people I care about.

I think I am taking the no fishing better than my husband, I can find plenty of things that I have been wanting to do around the house and yard. He on the other hand, other than building pig fish traps, gets bored. Today he said he was going to castnet some mullet to smoke and for supper. He said he went to the boat ramp close to home and they had a sign that said area closed so he had to go to a different ramp. He gets his boat overboard and made a couple of throws and his trolling motor battery was dead which is also his battery to start the boat so he had to pull start his engine. He caught 14 mullet and three goats. He split the mullet with backbones in scales on so he can smoke them, then he fileted a few for us to eat for supper. I figured out what I was doing wrong with uploading pictures, now if I could just figure out why I can not upvote or reply.

I tackled the Jack and the Beanstalk plant today.

I like the plant but it wants to grow going across the yard and smothering other plants like my dragon fruit, so some of it had to go.

This is one leaf from it.

Looks like a great day!

Gracious, that is a huge plant! I've never seen anything like it. Bet it wouldn't grow in my climate.

@scribblingramma have you ever seen a plant that looks like this but a lot smaller? It is a vine and they sell them as hanging baskets, I am not sure of the name. It is the same plant, in a basket or growing flat on the ground it will stay with small leaves but if you let it grow up a tree it becomes big.

I wonder whether @mariannewest is joining the exodus to Hive, and just waiting for the fork issues to settle on the new platform?

@jacotothe I do not know and I am undecided on what to do.

If you want to try out Hive, the best option is peakd.com. I like their layout. Log in with peaklock and your posting key. Until we know for sure what Justin Sun has planned, I don't intend to completely abandon Steemit and STEEM. I like having the alternative available, though, because I do not trust him, and his actions have done nothing to build trust.

@jacobtothe I have been hearing a lot about hive and peakd I have tried to log in to it but it wants me to go to something like git site and login there and it wants my e-mail, I have typed in every e-mail I have and it tells me they are all wrong. I know it is a strong word but I "hate" passwords and logins, hell, I hate computers.

None of that makes much sense. Check your steemitwallet.com account and copy your keys from there to somewhere safe first.

Hi there

I've been reading through many comments related to new hive chain and I've seen your comment too. Many users are being torn, however majority seem to be moving to new hive.

Are you fully moving there or will you stay on both chains? Just curious. I'm trying to figure out what to do myself.

I don't trust Justin Sun one bit anymore. His coup against the witnesses revealed a major flaw in STEEM infrastructure with the ninja-mined stake and the dishonest exchanges. Hive hopefully addressed those problems, but some of the other the initial exclusions bother me, and I hate to see STEEM go down. The people fighting spam and bid bot abuse left, though, and Sun's censorship on the flagship frontend site is deeply disturbing. For now, I think Hive is the best option while we wait and see what Sun plans. I don't want to burn bridges, but I will continue to express my disappointment and disgust with the way he handled things.

Big Thx for your reply. I think i will stick around on both chains for time being.

I also figured that you may find this post interesting and worth your time:

It's post published by good friend of mine and I'm helping him to promote their curation trail.
