I'm so happy. I never dreamed I would have this great bike. It feels so good to speed along, wind in my face and hair. And feel the tires hug the bumpy road beneath me.
I'm off to Ginger's house. We can ride together. She has a bike too. We can race. And just go up and down the road as much as we want. Pedaling faster and faster. Just for fun. Being careful not tip over or hit a rut or stone. I could do this all day.
It's like a miracle to me how on only two wheels I can stay upright as long as I am moving. I wonder how that works? It must be some kind of magic. To stay balanced like this. Anyway I love it.
Maybe if I was a bird and could fly it would be something like this.

Aah, grandpa. I remember how he came along with a bike. It took a few hours (more like a push and off you go) and that was it. It was soo much faster than walking and what a freedom.

Day five nio electric no water.. internet is on and off and very slow. Another storm is forming... Predicted the worst year for hurricanes here in history. Need to get some trees taken down, too near the house... and get better generator. One that can run the well pump and the frig... Welcome to planet earth... Never a dull moment.. Oh and find that tree with money growing on it. Good year for grapefruit though. The ones that got knocked out of the tree are very sweet. ...
Is there water near you can get? At least we have a tap about 9 miles away (LOL) always great if you need water. One of my trees came down as well, it partly fell over the gate. The power was off so I was afraid it took the electric cables down in it's fall. Those cables already came down earlier but I have no clue who to call, let's hope they will hang around in the treetops forever. Too close to the house I have trees as well and they start fanatically spreading themselves except for the trees I planted and want to grow (fruit only).
I Love grapefruit, always did. If it comes to fruit I live a pathetic life.
