As long as you don't mention a bag of potatoes I believe it is ficting.
About this part: I find it a bit hard to follow because it is mainly about describing what hapoens/happened and it lacks a bit if dialogue to be pulled into the episode.

Thanks for the idea of including a moving forward link. That's a very good idea.
I know this section lacks dialogue and action. Being the introitus to the second chapter and a dive into deep, ancient history, it intends to plainly inform about an age forgotten. It's way shorter to tell, not show, that one. An additional, prequel book may take care of 2.0 in the future, but, for now, I'll let it stand like that, as it is important for the story that that informetion exists.

Regarding the disclaimer... We all know it's fiction, still, I don't want to be liable for any legal consequences, as I know that some issues in this Novel can possibly give rise to a number of copyright infringement, insider trading, trademark abuse, reputational damage claims and other problems that I can't imagine yet.
I do realize that it makes no sense publishing it in every single issue, and will figure out a way around it.
