RE: Eating Habits - Nutrition

in Freewriters14 days ago

I doubt it's possible to know the nutrition of what you eat. No matter if it's fruit or something else and you forgot to mention all the chemicals and plastic we consume if we eat (plants also take it out of the soil).

Do I eat healthy? The answer is no, I rarely eat and see I am still alive.

While it might seem like something difficult or not possible to find out if your food is full of nutrition or not?. Is it also difficult to assess how healthy one is eating?

I think it is important for each person to be able to an extent to give an accurate feedback to himself about his food.

Thanks for passing by & supporting this post,

To many it is and this has also to do with education. Studies show high educated people eat more healthy which also shows in the shopping cart.

Cigarettes, alcohol, drugs cost as much as "healtht" food that is if available. Ifa bag of potato chips is cheaper the choice is easily made if there's not much money left to buy. Potatoes fill the stomach unlike 1 or 2 apples which sour attacks the teeth.

Are people honest about healthy food, a healthy lifestyle? No way! If that would be true you woud find the most healthy and intelligent people on Steemit if you would believe what they write. It's more likely the opposite. If you lie you fit in. 😁

I would say it is more related to knowledge. Education as a term is now linked to school. While, it aims for the same thing. But, it might not include all the information that one might need to make a healthier choice/s.

Are people honest about healthy food?

I guess, we need to ask if one is able to properly assess the quality of their food first. Then, we can ask if they're being honest. It seems that not everyone agrees that healthy lifestyle /food is one thing. If you take a large group of people and ask them, you will end up with different views and definitions which at times are contradicting.
