There are certain element that makes life easy and enjoyable to live in, peace and harmony are some of the elements.

A society that does not have peace or is not in harmony cannot grow, and instead of moving forward they will be stagnant or go backwards. This is applicable to an organization, family and other networks. A small or large group of people depend on each other to make things work but lack of peace and harmony will definitely be the ruin of the gathering.

And it is easy, just rob minds together and do what is best for the family, business, organization and society. But selfish ambitions can be a knife in the back.
