I could write at length about this title for a novel.
The times when meat was affordable.
Meat was palatable.
He was a tough guy who constantly mowed the brush. He spit on the grass like nobody's business. And he hated cats. This morning he had snapped the neck of one of the geese in the pen on a pure whim and to feel the break. The bones rattling. Life hanging on the last gasps. And for the appetizing meat.
Kept then whistling a ditty as he swiftly scraped the knives to try to get more edge out of it.
Then he would go for the week's groceries.
Perhaps it would all be nothing more than lying down to feel the chill of the evening and watch the hated bedbugs trying to reorganize their bedbug life in the remains of the garden.
@wakeupkitty
it's not a novel yet...
This is the best and most funny part.. I can work with that, that is if I remember it after I read 278 replies.... or more.
Meat will be rare and even the vegan fake is very expensive and don't see Gates his chemical lab meat being cheap let alone it causes more cancer and it's bet for the environment.
Thanks for stopping by and above all make me laugh.
P.s. I believe we ended up in the wrong century or country. Where did all the meat and fish go?
I'm glad to make you laugh, you might come up with some great stuff, haha. Always remember to look under the car before driving. Because of the branches and noises. We can write many things about dissimilar ways to use knives, even for cutting meat recently printed on 3D printers.
I remember when I had a printing business. A lot of ideas come to mind. I was very creative at the time. Printers make it so you can see ideas materialize.
Wha did you print? Pork or dollars? I am looking forward to read that Exodus story... who took the money or was it the paper or the printer or all three? I suspect the National Bank of Cuba. Am I right or am I right?
Actually, it was the ants that killed the business. hahaha. They snuck into the new printer and hatched their eggs, which destroyed the electronic circuitry. It was always a very good business, especially in Cuba, where all the bureaucracy needs a lot of paper and there is no place to print. Only private individuals and there are very few of them. I had invested a lot in the new printer and it got screwed that way. And then came the great depression. The printers are worth in Cuba like a first class trip to Dubai. And although I know a lot about that. It was time to start up in other places.
Exodus is part of something bigger. Definitely, it is already written.
An invasion of ants sounds more like influx although I assume what came out of those eggs also found a way out. It's the first time I hear that a printer is destroyed by ants! They must have had an averse against electronics. I hope the ants are safe? LOL
It may seem unusual. But the truth is that it has happened to me at least twice. With a Wiffi antenna. Here are some big ants with wings. They love warm places and ants look for magnetic fields. Are they experts in geophysics or electronics? They attach their eggs with a sticky liquid that damages electronic components. It's like dropping acid.
