he should have phoned the police first and reported a sexual assault on a child "and then" prevented the man from leaving, it would have looked much better in court when he is up for assault, why would an innocent man attempt to leave when he is told the police are on the way ?

    The man admitted to TR that he had touched his daughter, and also told that to the police. Still he was not arrested. I guess the police were pleased that they had another chance to get TR inside once again.
