my internet speed sucks

Guys, what should I say? i am not able to find any solution for this and the internet service provider wokers telling me that it is not our problem. Now i just want to change the internet service provider company but i can't because i have already paid 6 month fees.

Now I am just using this but not satisfied at all because of the very slow internet. anyway what is your suggestion guys let me know in the comment section. please also share this post on x.
