feeling tired from my internet issue

I don't know what is going on, but I am facing an internet-related issue in which I am getting only 2 mbps speed, but I have a 30 mbps internet plan. I have often made contact with the internet service provider, but there is no solution.

So now it is time to change the internet service and that is how i can solve this issue.
