The usual, the known, the mundane, the everyday thing… but….

Prayer

I started the day with a prayer and could manage to do a Rosary a little later.

God in the day is a Godful Day! 😊

Runs | Walks | Cardio

I could manage to go out for a walk today. I did the usual one-kilometer. But I continued with my staircase travel too. It is becoming a habit and I suspect I will forget the elevator soon. That’s a good thing.

Weights | At Gym | Or Home

Today’s workout was at home.

1. Arm curls for the biceps
2. Hammer for the biceps
3. Triceps
4. Overhead press for the shoulders
5. Farmers Walk
6. Squats

Body Weight Exercises | Calisthenics

I did not do any body weight exercises today.

Diet | Fasting | Intermittent Fasting

I had my regular diet today. Going for a lot of proteins.

Energy Exercises | Ho’oponopono | EFT | Meditation | And more

I had several sessions of Ho’oponopono today on things that I wanted to deal with around money. I think I have made some headway.
