There are many good approaches that could remedy this. Unfortunately, they are not being implemented. You are not the only one who is frustrated by this.
I'm not in a position to give you hope. I think your initiative to make outstanding posts visible is wonderful. Other users and Communities do similar things.
I find it a bit difficult to rehash very old posts. These mantra-like repetitions fall on deaf ears, at least for me. And when I'm annoyed by one, I don't look at the other. In other words: I don't think you're doing yourself any favours.
I have no idea what criteria you used to choose the location of your publication - why don't you come to the Suggestions Club with such concerns? There are more open eyes and ears there ;-))
