For the sake of trust and transparency, the keys of the community is held by 3 persons

Based on the above, I guess it will make more sense to list the names of the persons who are incharge of the keys and they also should confirm that indeed they have full access to the keys. This is to avoid the usual stories as in the one happening at the moment.
