Welcome to my belog.How are you all.i am @roohissif99 from Pakistan.I hope you fine too.i am also fit and fabulous.Today here I am participating This unique contest Let's Do it your self do it craft,creativity,Drawing,DIY,Recycling and more week#83.This contest organized [email protected] is wonderful contest.Through this contest we can improve our our self.because Telent can't be hidden .Today I share a pumpkin ki sabzi of Recipe .I hope you like it and you must apply this Recipe at home.

Pumpkin ki sabzi
Things we need
Ingredients | quantity |

Pumpkin | halfkg |
Oil. | 4 table spoon |
Tomatoes | 2 |
Green chilli | 3/4 |
Chilli flacks | 1 table spoon |
Red chilli | half table spoon |
Salt | 1 table spoon |
Cuminseeds | 1 table spoon |
Turmeric powder | 1 table spoon |
Ginger and garlic paste | 1 table spoon |
Onion. | 2 small size |
Method
Step1
Heat the oil in the pen add onion (thin slice) and cumin seeds and green chilli.frying untill the colour of change golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes in small size .then add in onion .Cook the tomatoes until soft

Step3
Add all the spices in pen frying add half cup of water .Finally, the spices should be roasted well.I 1 chopped of ginger garlic paste and add in spices.

I wash and cut small size pumpkin with peels .it's up to you .if you wants to cut with peels and without peels.i like with peels with green part .

Frying all the spices with pumpkin.and coved it for 15 minutes .after that checked it .if all the oil surface in pen your pumpkin ki sabzi ready.It melts very quickly, it takes about 15 minutes for it to melt it.

Now it's my delicious dish ready to serve.its very quick recipe .easy to made ,easy to digest,easy to budget and healthy recipe.pumpkin is very energetic vegetable for health .it's very low calories .lots of vitamin and minerals.boost for immune system specially for heart health .it's my husband favourite dish .I made this dish twice a week. It is a very good dish, especially for those who have digestive problems.
