How are you everyone? It's me your friend @m-princess. I am completely fine and living a very good life with the prayers of my parents. And wishing you all a great day filled with joy and happiness. So guys, today I'm here to participate in this challenge. And this challenge is organized by our beloved ma'am @suboohi. Dear friends In this challenge I made chicken corn soup. Almost everyone likes this soup. So I hope everyone will like my recipe for this soup today. So friends without wasting time let's get started.

Yes, I totally agree that appetizers are used to stimulate to hunger. When I use appetizer like chicken corn soup, I feel warm. This also make me ready for food. The smell of chicken and sweet corn make me so happy. It feels light but tasty. Every sip makes me want more. Soup is not heavy, so I can enjoy the main meal later. I think appetizers are like a welcome hug before food. These bring people together. When my family sits with soup bowls, we smile and talk. It is a simple start but very special. Yes, appetizers really wake up my hunger in a beautiful way.

  • To make chicken corn soup. I washed the chicken thoroughly. Then I poured water into a pan, added the chicken to it, and added salt and black pepper to it and let it cook for about 20 to 25 minutes. And then I put the corn on the other stove to boil.

  • After 20 to 25 minutes, when I checked, the chicken was well cooked, so I strained it into another pot and separated the chicken and the stock. After that I put the stock pot on the stove and turned on the flame. And then I added peas to it and added chopped carrots. I put both of these things on low heat to cook for about five minutes.

  • The corn that I had kept for boiling had also boiled. After five minutes, I added the corn to it. And then I put the shredded chicken in it. In a bowl, I took two tablespoons of corn flour and made a thick paste of it. After cooking all these things for two to three minutes, I added this mixture to it and at the same time, I stirred it with a spoon so that lumps did not form in the corn soup. I cooked this soup like this for two minutes and then I added an egg to it, which was without yolk because no one puts an egg with yolk in a soup, they only add the white, so I added it to the soup and stirred it well with a spoon for two minutes and cooked it and then turned off the flame. Our delicious corn soup is ready.

After that, I finely chopped the chilies in a bowl and added vinegar to it. In another bowl, I added soy sauce, added vinegar to it too, and mixed it well. And with these two sauces I served my delicious chicken corn soup.

The ingredients that I used are really healthful.

  • Chicken gives protein and make me strong. It has vitamins and minerals that fight against sickness.
  • Corn flour also have vitamins that keep my body very active. This gives quick energy. This work like a body charger.
  • Egg give more protein and minerals. Eggs have different vitamins like B12 and D.
  • Salt and black pepper make taste and help in balance flavour.
  • Soy sauce give a nice touch in small. It's smell make me more hungry.
  • Carrots has vitamins A. This make eye vision more clear and good for eye health.
  • Peas are helpful in making muscle strong.
    A hot bowl of soup keeps my body warm. It also helps when I have a cold or feel tired. The ingredients are simple but healthy. This soup cares my body and my heart at the same time.
