Thank you for the response and very nice photos of the food. Actually the breakfast as it means a food after a long break. it is very important for our health. It should be mostly protine reach and healthy diet with good fat. There should not be much starch and smoothie including jam, honey as such these combinations give rise to dopamine and sugar spike. Once the spike is flatten the craving for sugar insisted us to have more unhealthy sweet food. It also disturb our capacity to handle stress, anxiety and emotions. God bless.Have a nice weekend.
