Should you give your all when the other person isn't willing to do anything for you?
Tell a short story or experience of your own or close to you that shows how you've experienced giving your all and the other person gives nothing in return.
You asked me to make the story short. Otherwise, the story is quite long. But I will make it short and share it with you. I was a deputy in an institution, and worked for the betterment of this institution for a long time.
The job of the institution is to teach children. It is to train children. There was a supervisor above me, who gradually started objecting to me. That you do not come on time, you do not obey. While he could not prove anything like that.
No unnecessary holidays, no excessive delay. But he probably felt uncomfortable with people coming to me. People wanted me to teach their children, they would gladly respect me, tolerate my habits. And the children were also happy with me. In all this, suddenly some more people asked me to teach them something in the same institution, to teach them something.
The time they asked was also extra, that is, at that time I did not have any responsibility for the institution. But he objected to this, even though he knew that I was not doing anything wrong, I was teaching some people who wanted to learn. He himself mentioned it twice.
That you have done a good job, people are benefiting from it. You have connected the people of truth. Similarly, one of these people also spoke to him that we want to learn this way, and he is teaching us. That is, me.
One day after that class late night he (senior) stopped me for a meeting.
Debate:
Senior: You are not doing your duty properly, I have complaints against you.
Me: What kind of complaints?
Senior: You are not doing the work given to you, you are not teaching the children (when this was a complete lie) You are coming late to their class.
Me: You prove that I am coming late.
Senior: Look, the class time is 2:30 and you come at 3:45. (While I have never gone at 3:45)
Me: Since when has the class time been 3:15, and I have never come at 3:45, I would have come by 3:30. It gets a little late sometimes, not even every day.
Senior: Well, isn't the class time at 2:30?
Me: No sir, the children reach home at 3:00 after leaving school, so who will we call here at 2:30.
Senior: (As if he don't even know what happened to the class time, he flipped the dice) You didn't ask me about the new class you have started. What you are teaching people at night, you are doing without asking me.
Me: You knew it, you mentioned it yourself many times. Now you are saying that you were not asked or you are not aware. This is strange.
Senior: No, still I have a grudge against you that you did not ask me. Along with this, you do not support the other colleague who works with you. When he takes a leave, you have to also look at his work.
Me: Then I should not look at my work, when he takes a leave, because my work is of short time but it is more.
Senior: Look, when this does not happen, and any stranger come to see there is no one in you colleague's place, (when he will on leave) what will we say to him, what kind of system is going on. That is why you should also look at his work.
Me: But their leaves are very long. Much time he take leaves. Why don't you make such an arrangement that their leaves become short.
Senior: No, now he will try to reduce their holidays (although I know this was just a baseless thing, that person was an expert in getting holidays) but you should do his work if needed, whether it is day or night.
Whereas if I have ever taken a holiday, then at that time neither senior nor that person took care of my work. They just wanted to put the burden of responsibility on me, and also why I am starting extra classes. Those people themselves had told me that I did not need extra classes, I could have gone home and slept happily.

Do you think giving everything is a mistake, or on the contrary, when it's reciprocated, it's nice to give everything. Justify your answer.?
It is not a mistake to give everything. You should fulfill the responsibility that is on you. As far as possible. But when there is no response from the front. Your efforts are not appreciated, on the contrary, you are held responsible for the mistake, do not do anything in such a place. Instead, spend your talent somewhere else. Do not stay in such a place where the number of your envious people starts increasing, where despite your efforts, you are held irresponsible in front of yourself and behind you. If you cannot give anything in return, at least keep doing your work and let others do their work. Do not do anything yourself and hold others irresponsible even by putting all the burden on them. Such people are wrong, if you are also stuck with someone like this, then believe me and leave soon. I have left that institution.
Do you think giving everything allows people to take advantage of hurting the other person's feelings?
In a way, yes, if a man does his job very responsibly. Then some people become attracted to him. They want to learn from him. At the same time, some people are hurt. Some people are burning with jealousy. It is strange that even a man's work hurts someone. Not working can hurt. But working can also hurt, actually in such a way that the person doing this work does not become more popular among people.
