When I have used every VPN available and nothing worked, then I use TOR. The biggest problem it has from my location is the lousy connection we have here. It is slow, but secure. It has its own network, to mask Ip. And also to enter almost any unimaginable site. I always use the Internet for things that bring knowledge. Rarely for entertainment. Did I mention it's the most expensive in the world? But yes, it is an infinite source of knowledge.
While I use Crome. There is an excellent open source version that I use many times. Chromium, based on the Tor framework. And Firefox.
