It's not all the same. It depends on the browser what you see if you search (and the country). Next to that there are extensions not operating with certain browsers and not every browser checks on you and has the same options if it comes to security of for example showing the stored passwords!

I did not try what @ kafio has developed.
But, I can say this about stored passwords. It is a feature that many browsers have. From security perspective, it is not a good idea to store the passwords in a web browser. However, if someone was able to hack the browser, it should be possible for him to see the passwords hashed, not in plain text. I am talking in general here. But, I think Chrome does that.
To store the passwords in the browser isn't the best shield for your security. It's better to do it in another way.
I agree with you on this one. But, all I am saying is, in case someone is storing their passwords somewhere, it should be somewhere where the passwords are at least hashed.

A minus is also that if you never type a password (I will those for Steemit left out) you easily forget what it was. I wonder how many passwords the average person has after 20-40 years on the internet. Will it all be 1234567 or abcdefg? If for everything an different password you need a fat bok to find them back.
What is the browser you use @suryati1 and @almaguer? Does your browser take care of you password?
Uso dos navegadores diferentes. Firefox principalmente.

Saya hanya memakai chrome saja, saya tidak ahli dalam bidang teknologi jadi mana yang diajarkan oleh guru saya itu aja yang saya gunakan.
Mengenai kata sandi saya sering terlupa sehingga saya harus menyimpannya di tempat lain atau di file saya, saya tidak berani menjawab terlalu banyak karena memang saya kurang paham dengan semua teknologi ini 🤦. Mungkin saya terlalu payah untuk mengingat semua itu. Kalau saya sudah berhenti di tengah jalan saya akan menghubungi guru saya untuk membenarkan kembali jalan saya. Saya rasa begitu temanku.
Saya juga tidak ikut berkomentar tentang sesuatu yang tidak saya ketahui, walaupun saya sangat ingin ikut tapi itu tadi.... Saya tidak punya pengetahuan lebih untuk pertanyaan ini 🙏
The average person? I guess that depends on each individual's own community. But, there is a gesture in general of making the re-using the same password everywhere. While, it is not that hard to create something different for each website. But, it is still a common practice.
There are people who can create their own pattern and have a different password for each website and there are others who find it difficult to do so. They can just use a password manager instead of their browser extension.
