This food is usually eaten in front of school or college gate. Pineapple is a nutritious and delicious food. Such roadside snacks are a good choice for food lovers. This pineapple mash is spiced with kasundi relish and beet salt. And the sourness of the pineapple is mildly sweet and the mix of all the spices makes this pineapple verb very tasty. Pineapple paste is not always available. I suddenly got it today, so I ate a plate. A plate of pineapple pulp costs ৳20. Here I bought two plates of pineapple verb for ৳40. And if this price is converted to Steem, it will be 0.924; When converted to TRX, it will be 1.05.

At various times fruit sellers sit in vans opposite the gate of Naval Hospital. Today I saw a van selling pineapples. And the food of this van is mainly seen at this place in the evening. But not available here regularly.

Pineapple Mash is very easy and delicious. First the pineapple is cleaned and the top skin is removed. Then the pineapple is cut into small pieces. Chicken kasundi, beet salt and a masala made by the vendor are mixed together in a bowl and served on pineapple chunks. Then jute is pressed and shaken to make a spicy pineapple paste.

After mixing all the ingredients with pineapple, the dish shows a nice color. Another great flavor comes through. I want to eat what I see. A small plate is served with two thin sticks with a generous amount of pineapple spread. These pieces of pineapple can be eaten with the help of a stick with two fingers. The spicy pineapple mash tastes great.
