My Travel Diary!
Hello Steemit friends,
how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today, I will participate in the new contest from STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE brought by the honorable Moderator @goodybest ma'am. The name of the Contest is "My Travel Diary!". Thank you STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE for bringing this beautiful contest to us.
Where did you travel to?
Winter is running, and the children's school has also closed for the winter holidays. To enjoy the closure time and relieve the fatigue of the body and mind, I plan a trip on 24-12-24. With the unanimous consent of all my family, I decided to go on a boat trip. I spent my childhood in a remote area near the river.
I have a close relationship with the river. So, whenever I get time or a trip is planned, I give more importance to river travel. My wife and children have also got used to me. They have also become river lovers. So, I took everyone with me on a boat trip by steamer from the steamer ghat in Dhaka.
Why did you visit this place?
There are many reasons behind taking a trip. Such as-
- It is to relieve fatigue in the body and mind and to refresh the body and mind.
- To taste the novelty by traveling to new places. To get acquainted with the culture of the country and abroad by traveling to new places. To gain knowledge about their culture.
- To enjoy the incomparable beauty of nature.
I make my plan considering these aspects. Our country is a country of rivers. The role of rivers in the development of this country is very important. To know that river, to enjoy the beauty of the river, and to know about the invaluable resources of the country. To get satisfaction by enjoying the incomparable beauty of nature from the river, I have decided to go on a boat trip with my family.
What is the unique culture of the place?
Rivers are integrally linked to the culture of our country. Although the communication system has improved due to the change of time, there was a time when rivers were the only means of communication for people. Our ancestors gave more importance to rivers for pleasure travel. Even now, rivers play a very important role in our culture. Our fishing community catches fish from the rivers to fulfill our fish needs. By valuing this culture, we organize fish festivals every year across the country.
In honor of those who catch fish so hard to fulfill our needs, various philanthropic plans are taken. A lot of efforts are made to improve their social life. They are respected. This is a part of our culture. I also chose waterways as a travel destination to show my children that they are from those invaluable livelihoods, to show them compassion, and to make them realize that they are also our own.
I would like to invite three of my friends:-
The post is very nice and heartwarming. Your travel experience and love for river centric culture touched our hearts.
Bangladesh, right 🙌 it has a long and quite interesting stories about the life and rivers. I like that your family also get used to your love of the rivers. River is one of the source of life. Fresh water, fishes, and sceneries!!!
I can spend my whole afternoon watching the sunset here, but gotta go for Magrib praying too. Despite of some incident with the careless and unfortunate encounter while traveling with river boats. It won't discouraged people to enjoy the trip and adventure.
Thank you for sharing this travel diary at the river with us, brother.
@cicisaja,
Yes, we have many stories centered around our rivers. Many people work on the rivers for their livelihood. Each of them has a fascinating story about the river.
You are right, prayer cannot be said no under any circumstances. Even if it is on the river. Thank you very much for your beautiful opinion.
Amazing! Traveling on both seems to be adventurous; I mean, I never tried it before, but I hope to one day.
How much I love this orange-hued sun sitting on the river; it's so calming, and it relaxes the mind. I could imagine the peace and serenity that you people experience seeing it.
The river is indeed an important part of human life, and getting close to it draws us closer to nature. Thank you for being part of the contest and success!
