What's the name of your cherished family Recipe, and who invented it?

The name of my cherished family recipe is Chicken Biriyani. My and my other family members are like this very much. I invented this.

How many ingredients is it made of?

There are too many ingredients need for making this chicken biriyany. The ingredients are-

The masala ingredients are -

Onion
Ginger and Garlic paste
Normal cumin seed
Coriander
Special cumin seed
Bay leaf
Cardamom,
Cinnamon,
Black pepper
Cloves
Nutmeg
Fennel
Almonds
Milk
Sour curd
Chicken meat
Pilaf rice
Poppy seeds
kichmich
Commom plum
Potatoes
Green chilies
Essential salt
Soybean oil

How do you prepare it, and what are the possible health benefits of the recipe?

I buy all of this ingredients from market. I prepare it with the mixer of chicken and rice. I used all masala powder for cooking chicken and after cooking chicken I made my special recipe by mixing chicken and rice. It is very beneficial for the body. Chicken, other spices and rice are 3 types of things that are beneficial for this body. It is very healthy and testy.

First of all I blended all the dry and whole spices.

Place a frypan on the stove. I added oil as required and after adding oil I poured the batter masalas there and started grinding.I added milk and sour curd and mixed it. I mixed a little ground pepper and added a little necessary salt to add salt as needed.

I grind the masala well and wait until the chicken is mixed in the masala.

Aftet about 20-25 minutes of medium fire heat My cooking is complete now. I will take the fry pan off the stove.

At this point I will pick up a new fry pen. I will add some oil there and fry some pieces of potato. After that, I will take them out, pour the rice with water in them and fry the rice well in oil.

Once the rice is fried, add water as required. Usually double the amount of rice you would take. It is best to use boiling water to cook rice.

When the rice is cooked, mix the chicken well in the rice. i mixed some of common plum and raisin. Mix common plum, chicken and raisin well with rice.In this condition we will turn off the stove. Keep the lid on for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring 3 to 4 times for complete cooking.

In this condition we will turn off the stove. Keep it covered for 3 to 5 minutes and stir it three to four times for complete cooking. My food is cooked, I will prepare to eat.

I like salad to make my meal more delicious. I will take a tomato cucumber onion and green chilli to make salat. I will cut them into small pieces and mix them and eat them mixed with food

My recipe is fully prepared I will eat now. The food was very tasty. The food tastes amazing to me. I and other members of my family liked the recipe very much
