I will love to apply for a moderator here in this favorite community of my, but the problem is that I don't have up to 4000 steempower

please can I still apply am willing and able and also promise that I will do well and push the community to a greater height

    Applying is your right, but you don't feel disappointed if you don't get elected if one of the conditions is not met
