One picture one story

When looking at this picture what is the one thing that comes into your mind? Hmmm that is some tricky kind of question because to me this is one of the reasons why art students in the university are always the smallest when it comes to numbers.

Studying art (fine and applied art) in the university is not as easy as it sounds because it is a kind of course that will take you away from your immediate comfort zone to an uncomfortable position all in the name of being an artist.

I remember back then when I was in college I was just reading a Normal course, I remember very that our lecturers will value a lecture hall that is more conducive and comfortable for we students.

But in the fine and applied art department lecturers there think in a very different way, infact they believe that the more comfortable a student is the more he or she becomes lazy and I very much agree with them.

The above picture is a picture of me and my colleagues receiving lectures in the bush and infact under the hot sun and at the same time we were shown various things to sketch out.

But trust me as stressful as this class is this is my most favorite class so far because it teaches us the ways of pencil ✏️ and how to make use of it to communicate inform of drawing.
