Dear Steemian Friend,
How are you all Hope you all are doing very well. Today I am engaged by @mahadisalim Sir. "Creating an Electrical Series Board." I want to participate in the engagement. I hope you all like it. First of all I would like to thank @mahadisalim Sir for organizing such a beautiful engagement. Let's start without further ado.

A. Make a series board and share the technique of making it in at least five steps with drawings. [Note: Practical work is to be shared with your photos.]
Step: 01
I will show you how to make a simple series board here. I will need: -
Material NameQuantity
200W lamp1 Pcs
Two pin plug1 Pcs
PVC Tape1 Pcs
Holder1 Pcs
Cable5-6 feet

Step: 02

First, I connected two 1 foot cables to the two pin plug.

Step:- 03

Then I connected a phase and a neutral cable to the lamp holder and connected an additional 2 feet of red cable separately and joined it with a PVC tape.

Step:- 04

I connected a two pin plug to the end of the red and black cables coming from the holder.

Step:- 05

Finally, I supplied 220 volt power to the two pin plug and connected a 200 watt bulb to the holder. And thus I completed the series line work.

Now i share a series line drawing:-

This is a simple type of series line. Which can be made very easily. You too can make such a series line in very less time and at low cost if you want. However, you must be careful in electrical work.

B. Check with two electrical or electronic device series boards and show results.
I have checked two electrical devices here:-

The first one is Electric Overload Relay:-
I have checked the N.C point of this overload relay. We know that N.C means normally closed, that is, there is a connection between the two points. Since there is a connection at both ends, the lamp of the series line is lit by touching both ends of the series line. So the N.C auxiliary point of this relay is fine. If the N.C auxiliary point was bad, the lamp would not have lit.

The second is the electric emergency push bottom switch:- First, I have checked the N.C point of the emergency push button and since the N.C point means normally connected, the lamp of the series line is lit. If the push button was bad, the lamp of this series line would not have lit.

C. Check with a short piece of cable in a series board and show the result.

I have shown below how I checked a cable with the help of a series line:- First I took a one foot cable. Then I took the cable that I used to check the series line at both ends of this cable and held it at both ends of the one foot cable. Since the series lamp is lit. So this cable is fine. If the lamp does not light up then we would understand that this cable is not fine.
